I mean, we're getting new girls next chapter (or in a few). This is ultimately a school slice of life with a small twist of isekai, so I'm not sure what exactly it's advancing to.

They established pretty early that the OG sou is chilling on "our" earth and ain't trying to swap back, so there's not much setup for a proper arc yet.
