This is one case where I won't rip the sniper. They are 14 chapters behind and each chapter is about 4 - 6 pages. There is crazy stuff happening in the latest Indonesian chapters. but we won't see that until after 4 months at this rate. I appreciate their work but this manga needs a faster translation to progress. So I'm not going to criticize snipers here.

There were a few chapters in the past that corroborate that Sou is a legit ikeman, though I can't recall them off the top of my head. Granted, it may just be the girls around him seeing that way, but if every girl sees him like that, it might as well be reality.

I mean it's partly looks but I think a large part is the attitude; since Sou was socialized in a totally different environment he naturally behaves like a fictional character from their POV. Sou is basically a wish fulfilment romance hero to them, and it's CRAZY that he exists IRL for them.
