There were a few chapters in the past that corroborate that Sou is a legit ikeman, though I can't recall them off the top of my head. Granted, it may just be the girls around him seeing that way, but if every girl sees him like that, it might as well be reality.

It's a bit awkward and I could be wrong but it should be "physical and visual". Physical being like a natural, lizard brain instinct, or a natural response. You could translate it by removing the first "instinct" as that comes off awkward when used twice in a row, ie "[...]when we see women with large breasts we feel intimidated instinctively and visually." Personally I would just change "in appearance" to "physically". You can play around with it to make it sound more natural but that's the gist of it.

I guess the match up is:

Aya - Miku ( the bigger they are the harder they fall )
Kaede - Kanaria ( ... )
Hana - Hinata ( dem both are WICKED ).

It's hard to tell. Kaede has Erosion Memory to offset Miku's Deception Memory, while Aya deludes herself into thinking she is a proper (horny) lady like Kanaria and both initially start off thinking of Sou as their husband. Miku fell in love with Sou over his smell, Kaede fell over his voice. What's muddying the waters is the Aya/Miku rivalry. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Every once in a while this manga gives us lore about how the fear of women is created in the men of the world and how it has affected both sides and it also gives a reminder that to them Sou Satou is the equivalent of how a male in this world would be the ideal one even if it's just him being normal (i am not counting the Fantia content as that guy i am pretty sure is an alternate Sou Satou)

I don't think anyone in this world views men with big dicks as a rapist epidemic.

That aside, it's true that breasts = chest/pectorals = has a potential intimidation aspect in social situations, same with men who have beefy chest muscles. So it's not entirely unrealistic that in this weird culture, there could be some sort of social connection between large breasts and more aggressive behavior.

And maybe the biology/psychology of the women is just genetically different in the first place, very possible given how a smaller ratio of men would've led to a different evolutionary background.

You can't even blame redraws since last chapter especially had large white boxes and the pages used now are the free low quality ones on seiga. Given that there would be few upsides to having large breasts (love-wise or health-wise), I'm sure most women with large breasts would prefer smaller ones.

I've heard that, even in our world, breast reduction actually costs more than breast augmentation. Not sure what the reason is, but if it's like that here, then I imagine it's even more expensive in the gender-imbalanced world. It's probably mostly done by celebrities and people who can afford it, while the majority of people who worry about the size of their breasts probably have to make do with either binding or tying their breasts down, or investing in "concealing" bras.

That being said, however, there's plenty of large-chested women we've seen who don't look like they're really trying to hide them. Maybe they don't run into men often enough for it to matter much to them, or maybe there's some other societal influence that prevents them from trying to alter their appearance in that way. Chabatake and Konno both seem like they didn't consider men potential romantic partners until they met Sou, so they likely took advantage of big breasts being intimidating in their dealings with difficult escort students.

The only issue is that I don't intend on taking over the manga. I'm an armyfag so when I get sent to the field or deployments I could be away for weeks or months at a time. I just take the stuff from here https://manga.nicovideo.jp/comic/6470 and do some minimal redraws in MS paint and Paint.net.
I already did a few chapters and put them on imgur.
