I think you should just write "Ottouto" and brother-husband above it as ruby text or furigana. There are many who are familiar Japanese family words like ne san, oni chan, They will enjoy the pun, also author uses this method with ruby text to put comments like love soldier san or imo no "best place".

Yeah, honestly I can't really most understand TLers' reluctance to include both description and rubytext at the same time. I don't feel it to be much of a hassle as someone who also did manga TL before. In case of this ottouto/hus-bro can just add bracket with actual meaning or if felt tacky, use TL note on the side of the page.

He already do that for previous chapters tho. This is pretty much a quick fix. He (the TL guy) is working 9-5 office hour and probably do a quick edit in the middle of work as these comments are flooding during office hour in Indonesia.

I understand, I also live there. And I know that Kisa usually updated midnight in Asian time so 2-3 hours of quick TL after his release might have some mistakes and not convey much without actual deep rereads.
I'm basically just talking from someone who do care for accuracy and actual TL quality of the mangas I've read, at least so that others can get the same level of understanding as I am.

Based on an earlier chapter where I think it was the original guards assuming the sisters already had positions as wives, I think the whole inbreeding thing isn't worried about too much. Maybe in part due to any children born from it are almost certainly going to be female and have to either find a willing guy(doubtful) or go to the sperm bank which will keep them from reach Hapsburg family levels.

I'm a little concerned about her binary personality. She's been an angelic little sister so far, both externally and internally. Consider the chapter where she wanted to introduce a sense of crisis regarding women to Sou, but ended with headpats instead. And suddenly she's a yandere, or at least emotionless and scheming? Kisa-sensei is not into consistency, apparently.

She's also the only character that seems to realize he's a different person, at least in early chapters.

Tbf with how the world is now with the lack of men, i wouldn't even think that ppl would be concerned about 'negative side effects of incest', assuming that knowledge isn't lost to time (although other than the fanservice, most of the 'incest romcom animanga' never actually address that when it comes to kids but i know japan still has the marrying cousins law(?) although idk how many ppl have actually used that recently versus it just being a trope in stories)

although i'm sure birth control would exist, like in the r-18 ver, but fantasies/delusions aside i'm sure some women would simply take birth control to simply not deal with cramping/periods rather than considering the off chance they'd encounter a guy and get pregnant (that said, with the population at how it is, unless you're 'obligated' by the gov to try at least once to produce a male/son, i'm sure there are plenty of ppl who just don't want kids/to be a mother and focus on their career, if not just resenting having a daughter like "I have a kid but i don't even get to enjoy the benefits of having a husband")
