Not quite.

Prologue: 4+ days, 41 chapters
An unknown amount of time passes between Chapters 1 and 42. Sou is dreaming in Chapter 13, so that's presumably at least one night. Chapter 32 specifically mentions "the day after he wasn't allowed to go to an all-girls school," so that's another night confirmed. In Chapter 39, Sumire wonders why Akira suddenly shows up at the house a day after she sends her Sou's picture, confirming another day has passed. Those are really the only confirmed date transitions, which is at least 4 days, though most likely more than that. The exact timeline isn't really spelled out here. Having his hospital stay and release, re-integration into the household, spending time with his family, going to the sperm comprehensive center, and research, planning, and preparation for him to attend school all happen within 4 days really stretches suspension of disbelief even in a bonkers crazy series like this. (The main reason this portion is so comparatively short compared to his days at school is primarily because of the lack of perspectives involved and the escalating number of individual interactions and reactions at school.)

School Day #1: 1 day, 40 chapters
Sou's first day at school starts with Chapter 42 and runs until Chapter 81.

School Day #2: 1 day, 51 chapters
Sou's second day at school starts with Chapter 82 and runs until Chapter 132.

Holiday: 2(?) days, 11 chapters
Chapter 133 starts with the mention of "school holiday" which is presumably the weekend. (Miku also mentions getting through "the holidays" in Chapter 144.)

School Day #3: <1 day, 72 chapters and counting
Sou's third day at school starts with Chapter 144... and is still only half done by Chapter 215, so yeah, a really long 3rd day of school, but actually the 5th day (presumably) since he started school.

So he's been in this world for at least 9 confirmed days, but it's probably closer to 2 weeks by now, at least.
Sou has also been to the Sperm centre twice iirc and the minimum time between visits is 7 days, so gotta add that in.

Why is Suzuki the voice of reason here?
Because he's the straightman.... for lack of a better phrase. Something this series desperately needed, up until now that was Hinata's role, but she has finally fallen.

The worst that Konno sisters + Kakizaki could get is a ban from the teachers for ever requesting swap again.
nah the worst would be that his family decides to withdraw him which after that picture is a real possibility.

everyone picking on hannah is just going to drive her into sous arms. he will feel the urge to protect her since she has done so much for him (from his perspective).

Your honor, if you look at the footage, you'll find that Hana was in fact acting under extenuating circumstances. The culprit behind the two-shot is everyone's dear sister-in-law Sakura or perhaps her friend(?).

What Hana did was merely to maintain group cohesion and to ensure that nobody got a leg up on each other among the bodyguards.

The defense rests, and moves to adjourn lunch period.

@BB-62 Page 1: "I, Hana Konno, I'm not guilty!" should be "I, Hana Konno, am not guilty!"

"God forgives, I do not."
Hanabata Miku. Present day - On the roof top of the school.
It's Chabatake, not Hanabata.

I wonder if -taso as an honorific versus -tan is meaningful or so
The former is an Internet slang form of the latter, which in turn is "baby talk" for the affectionate/diminutive honorific -chan.

it took them no time at all to throw Hana under the bus, all is fair and love and war I guess
To be fair she did start it by doing something reckless and un-guardlike (imagine if Sou were literally any other man having to hug the class) AND she's a semen thief AND she ruined Kakizaki's chance for an intimate 2 shot photo by insisting she and Aya be in it too when no one asked.

It's just like One Piece arcs, each lengthier then previous. And time flow the same here, slooooooowlyyyyyy.
Hana did nothing wrong.
In fact, just like original Nerd, she did everything wrong.

when hannah stole her spot in the two-shot sou and kakki were going to take. she is the ntr protagonist.
Hana did nothing wrong.
Hana did everything wrong, She wanted to Mind-break MC, so she can get to her Ne-san, even her Ne-san were to be sad.
She was overjoyed with the thought of mental trauma she were to inflict on Pretty Boy Face. Even almost scarred everyone in Class 2E, with her outrageous demand. Demanding Physical contact with each girls was Seku-hara in a way. But MC was so abnormal, that things went smoothly for everyone.
Later When MC broke her mind, she shifted her objectives to NTRing her Ne-san, and taking advantages of the situations. Kakizaki also took advantages but she never tried to hurt anyone for her own ends.

Author is back to irregular updates, so it will be days between updates.

I only followed this Manga, but spending last few days were difficult.

Please suggest some other interesting manga you guys follow,
My liking little echi, suggestive, comedy, romance, may be little drama but not violence, mature etc

We all know the true ending is either harem ending or Hinata ending
Hinata ending is the bad ending because we can now see that's the actual scary "lock sou in the basement after murdering every other girl in front of him" yandere ending.

She is just a devoted woman who is willing to do anything for the ones she loves. Nothing wrong with that. All's fair in love and war.
Hana-taso did nothing wrong.
