The issue is he won't be assaulted due to four reasons (going from least to most compelling):
1. He is much stronger than the average person and knows martial arts. Even his older sister who was implied to be very strong got man(getit)handled easily.
2. He has a passive charm that debuffs everyone around him. So the assailant will be weakened due to Sou's unusual attitude. See sister example for proof.
3. He has everyone gunning for him. Thus, everyone else will fight each other and protect Sou from threats in order to "get" him first.
4. Meta reason. This is a comedy Most of the comedy comes from Sou's naïvéty. So to have him assaulted will either change Sou dramatically or will have to force a memory wipe angle to the manga. Both would cause the tone to change which is highly likely to alienate readers. That could cause a significant decrease in people reading this manga, which would hurt the author. (With that said, I could totally see a noncanon or canon assault happening in the R18 version as hentai has more room for darker topics).

I think Sou could get an attempted assault on him, only to realize when he asks about it that everyone is horny and he's been "hurting" them all this time.

I would love to see this progress into the censored half of a story with alternately published R18 parts.

Far better to write a story with a hidden horny side than an unnaturally repressed story with an unnaturally indulgent alternative timeline.

A part of the fun is lost in translation - when Hinata got driven into a corner by Aya, Hana and Kaede she first looked as if she was reflecting on her sins. When Hinata begins with a silently "Go..." then it first looked like as if she was going to continue with a reluctant "Gomen nasai" (i.e. "I'm sorry" in Japanese). I presume that's what the other three expected - but they miscalculated and their constant nagging ticked Hinata off to a point where she let them have it.
