Dunno why you would think that the chances are "infinitesimally low". The author created lighthearted romcom manga but also Yuki Nee-chan, a rather liberal manga fully about sex.
Having one character in a most probably harem sex-NTRbait-cliche galore manga sacrificed isn't impossible at all. Going hardcore and actually pulling through with making a character a mindless hole/borderline but willing for NTRbait as comedic relief/pseudo depth has been a massive trend for a while now.

Also, synopsis mentions "There are also other men she's unreasonably close to besides him.". He mentions hearing "voices" (might be the TL, tho). And finally page 11, her supposedly leaving him multiple times without wanting to elaborate while these 2 guys are standing there menacingly, lmao.
Some stuff screams bait but you really can't be sure nowadays. Not saying she is a whore or promiscuous but people make up their minds a bit too quickly. I for one think that chances are that the author does have the balls and this might aswell be what it looks like. Trend = easy stacks. Look at twitter 1-pagers.

I don't think I make up my mind too quickly. It's first impression I got from reading the first chapter and honestly, I'm all for it if author is committed to actually going through with it. Just want to mention that.

It can go either way really, either she was a slut/promiscuous all along or the author is just a masterbaiter(pun intended) and is trolling us all, i'm more inclined to believe the second option but we'll see.
