PS: the horny is not as bad as i thought its way worse in some other mangas and like they just ignore the story they had before for smut

Reading it before the smut entered the story felt wholesome but the latest chapter just has so much suggestiveness and made me uncomfortable reading it. I wont include spoilers and this is about as close you can get before doing so. I rated it at a 9 at first then changed my mind to a 4 so thats my 2 cents on this series.

I'm 13 and I can't handle an incredibly telegraphed, obvious incoming sex scene in a seinen romance that had 12 fucking chapters of romantic buildup and an entire chapter of "they're going to fuck" flags. Appropriate amount of buildup, very cute series overall. Also definitely won't be a "this is straight borderline-H for the rest of the series" because the conflict of the king trying to drag him back has already been set up, unless the author just forgets about that.
