@kayriel whilst I don't know the detail, it's something to do with trolls, being ungrateful and money or at least that's what I've managed to piece together.
The leader of the 'current' scanlation team has relations with a lot of teams (possibly led all of the ones on this manga, not sure) and made them all pull the manga.
For more information you may want to look at the comments on the whole series, not this 1 chapter, it goes back about 10 days.
