Hrmm, by my understanding, Shadow Worlds are scenarios akin to what people might encounter in RPGs, it takes everything the participants would have to clear each of their missions. I mean, Desir only stumbled up additional info because he gave some food for the Homeless Girl, which became a hidden side-quest that would help him clear the next missions.

Whereas in the Trial Shadow World they first entered, there were only 2 objectives, defeat the Demon Rat Horde and destroy the Tower. But when comparing that trial scenario to the current actual scenario, things look more complicated. I just hope Desir would meet up with Pram, Romantica and Adjest soon.

Ok I have to said it the Fake Shadow World it's stupid as fck, I was hoping for an apocalyptic wasteland filled with monsters not a crappy soap opera world.

I know the simulation is based in historical events but wasn't a better historical event like a war? I'm 80% this scenario will be the Rise of the commoners event.

I swear to god , shadow worlds are proyections of real events , objective is changing the outcome of those events , otherwise they ded and there is IRL repercutions.

And this shadow world isn't safe like the previous ones , people will die when they are killed , and Desir only knew that this shadow world has the gauntlet , and no other information.

Also Desir obviously is training the others hard because in the future they died , so obviously he wants them to be stronger as fast as possible so they can acquire more things like the glove Desir wants , to be ready for when real shit happens.

Ambitious turn of event. I like that this is not just another dungeon journey/battle arc. Everything being Solo Leveling isn’t a good thing.

We still aren’t sure of the consequences yet. So far it seems like the shadow world is just a regular RPG game with the quests and side quests mechanic. Usually in similar games, if you fail you can’t proceed, and events won’t happen. I wonder if everyone got transferred to this world and everyone has to do their tasks perfectly to get out, or if this is a solo mission.

Can’t wait for the reveal of this arc and the other characters’ POV.
