Well yes, but also no. There is some
precedence for
that usage. Technically in that instance, it's just shorter form for yankee-dere iirc. That reply may have been a reference to that series in the first place. If anyone is curious about that one, I linked both versions of it because its publishing situation was a little wonky. You pretty much wanna read both of them at the same time, they can and will reference events from each other but don't cover all of the same content as each other. It's a mess, the first site I read them on just had them listed together with the chapters all in order of like, magazine ch. 1, online ch. 1, magazine ch 2, online ch. 2, etc. It works better that way, honestly. Might be intentional? You read your magazine release as it comes out, then go check the website for the rest/extra/whatever you want to call it. Something like that.
