Kinda confused about what the price was for the email she sent

Wasn't ready for the feels ngl.

But the ending kinda confused me.

@NickieTheFool It immediately put her in a coma? Maybe? And/or, her memories of him.

Even her email had his name redacted.

And by the time of the end, she doesn't even remember being his childhood friend.

But I guess it's an optimistic ending, since she's still her, and is healthy now, and they can restart their relationship.
