He's just conflicted:
On one hand he want to congratulate them since Ait is happy about this.
On the other hand he, as a forever bachelor, feels conflicted about congratulating marriage + losing a friend to marriage life (since married person will now have to split their time between their own family and the previous alone time)

With some helpful advice from Catalina, he got over that and made them a gift: wedding rings (with barrier magic imbued)

....which then start a massive pile of order from other people wanting their own wedding rings
He want to refuse them all, but Rouge point out that a lot of these orders are from high rank adventurers i.e. they can get him those rare materials.
