I can't think of any other "reincarnated as a character" series where NPCs actually catch on or where the MC admits they're not the original character. Very interested in how this plays out.
The closest I can think of is Pride in Last Boss Queen, but that's quite different than what we've got going here.

It was proven with the game that such hope is useless, as in all endings Lunaria suffered through injustice. With that shitty environment, Lunaria is actually so strong not to succumb to madness. If it was me, with that much firepower, I would run away and travel the world before returning with revenge in mind.
