It would be interesting if the saintess was actually from that fictional town from a fictional Japan. Essentially a reincarnator from a different version of the same world Lunaria came from. What kind of differences would there be between the two Japans they come from?

But that's probably not the case. Most likely someone that possessed the heroine's body at the same time the villainess's body was possessed. So while Lunaria was busy cleaning up a mess for a month, the heroine would have had all that time to mess the settings up.

Did you not read her explanation? The Mana(according to MC's theory) believes she is a Japanese reincarnator. This, plus the fact that this is heroine of the game by this logic doesn't have predetermined character/mindset, and therefore can't be branded as a target of revenge, until her actions are observed.
TLDR: she is a "Schrödinger's character", can't be determined as target until observed

This, plus the fact that this is heroine of the game by this logic doesn't have predetermined character/mindset, and therefore can't be branded as a target of revenge, until her actions are observed.
TLDR: she is a "Schrödinger's character", can't be determined as target until observed

if she was the real mana, or even the standard reincarnated mana, she wouldnt be so close with Dale at this point, the fact that she is means that this mana is not acting the way mana is supposed to, between that and the short screen time she got earlier we know at least that she is in fact the same kind of reincarnator as MC is

It is still up to see if she continue being a dumbass like the script of the story (she is not from the ''real'' Japan) or if she will realise that the script is no longer in effect (she is from the ''real'' Japan).

Honestly it is a really cool concept that you can only do with this kind of setting.

yeah its the typical dumb girl reincarnator who thinks she'll get everything she likes in the game...cuz she's the main character and heroine of the story not knowing the real MC has already derailed the game's story plot

so she's the reincarnator of a fictionalized reincarnator made for the story
