It's been a while since I read the WN this was based on but I do love the changes they've done to the characters and story. It makes it more dramatic which is a wonderful reading experience. I do wonder though, it seems like Saint seems to be doing her Saint-related works here (or at least she seems to say she does) so I wonder if that's a big avenue for the manga to further branch itself off from the WN.

Very nice. Also, I wonder if the Queen saw the stuff at the cafeteria like it was in the WN. Would be interesting to see thr next chapter as see how it goes from here

The guy accusing her is a crony of the prince. So while not a Duke, he's certainly nobility.

Except he's not a full noble, his father/mother is, and he's facing a full duchess there. By court ranks alone, the only ones rivalling her in the school are Mythos and Dale, the latter if he even measures up to her.
