born with their abs fully developed, right? Unless they have myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy, they have to
work out a lot and purposefully reduce their body fat level to actually gain a visibile "six/eight pack", and the development of the individual compartments depends on the nature of the exercises, which logically can entail unbalanced development if you're not doing it right.
So no, people
can do something about how their abs are formed, as it's not entirely governed by genetics.
