The plot should be

"One day, MC is walking going home while raining and she really enjoys the rains so much.
Minutes goes by, waters accumulated and she really was happy cause water puddles are forming.
Until Truck kun rams all the water puddles on the road and splash it on the whole body of MC.

MC is now on the other world. She needed to select the correct puddle to return her to home.
How ever, the condition is, it should be truck kun to splash it again to her."

Everything is so overly dramatic. Though, I truly do wish more isekai have a different setting than the usual magical medieval Europe-inspired fare.
