Assuming you mean 'acne' - ACME is the company Wile E. Coyote bought from in the old Warner Brothers shorts (and eventually sued, I guess?). (Edit - @solstice258 beat me to it.)

Lots of different reasons this can happen, but for starters, regular thorough face-washing (mornings and evenings) with a gentle soap and warm (not hot) water is a good general defense. Neutrogena soaps are a safe choice. Keep your showers/baths fairly short, but be thorough.

The next time you see your doctor, ask their opinion as to whether you should be doing something else or if your case is 'severe.' They can help you dial in a regimen to address any special needs you may have.

Build a skincare routine and get advice from a skin doctor, they usually can tell you what will work for you in particular, since there are more variables that influence the best treatment. Like, what your skin type is.

Bro, it would be best for you to go see a dermatologist. Sometimes, skincare alone is enough to solve the problem. Other times, you'll need medication
