Yea, something tells me this kind of manga loses all sorts of points in the translation. Like it is something only japanese people who deal with this accent can understand and translation just won't capture it

I think there needs to be a bit of exaggeration with a bit of ambiguity for the message to come across.
Something like "Well, aren't you just the sweetest thing. I absolutely adore people like you" with her follow up being more like "I mean... No one's every treated me like that"
