There's always a bad feeling with a Jump manga that isn't either traditional shounen or gag comedy shounen. They tend to be brutally axed rather quickly by the lowest common denominator pond slime, i.e. Jump's 12 years old boys readership.
...but she's quite an interesting, weird savant of a main character, very charismatic too, and it's so easy to get invested in her journey...
