Super enjoyable story that starts with an interesting premise of having something like a voodoo doll that brings an unlikely couple together. The artist does a wonderful job conveying the emotional roller coaster that the leads go through, usually through silly effects and reactions. It's quite long, but both Ji-eon and Doyun traverse through so much that it's hard not to be tagging along to see how it all pans out
While I did enjoy the story overall for the romance and comedy, I did find the tug of war between the leads of not being able to convey their feelings properly very hair pulling that was elongated with contrivances. Obviously Koreans love their misunderstanding drama, but it really felt like more characters were added in to keep that going like Jinu. However, Se-in did subvert a lot of my expectations and able to stay friends with both leads. I also enjoyed Manager Kim and the cafe manager when they were on screen.
While they did make Sahye into the big bad, I did find her back story compelling and perhaps some more development in another story. I can sympathize in going against the grain, but she did let her obsessions get the best of her.
The ending did feel like a long time coming, but heartfelt after all the turmoil the couple overcame (especially with traumas of the past) and epilogue (slight spin-offs) does help add some humorous effects. I am just so happy with how it turned out and still makes the story feel unique.
