That's my favourite part of the novel. Really looked forward to these scenes getting adapted. That's the most chemistry we're gonna see between them in this manga. The best arc.

Really cute awkwardness between the two of them. I guess this is a little arc to show their transition from friends into romantic partners. Of course they had already established they are dating but now Shima is coming to the realization that things can get physical between them and that others will perceive them differently. Again, it was really cute seeing Shima come to grips with Adachi showing physical interest and Adachi being a mess as usual.
