I almost never like Chinese stuff, so in order to search for non-Chinese stuff I have select EVERY country except for China. I'm aware that the search setting is saved in a cookie or something, but when that gets wiped or you switch to a new device it's reaaaaally tedious to click all those languages. Pls mods uwu

Aren't you effectively just searching for JP + KO?

Couldn’t this just be solved with an “exclude” option?

Maybe. But it's the same problem as with tags in advanced search, it adds an extra layer of complexity.
It could be done from the frontend without changing the api, but that would be quite a retarded way of working with the api.

Well sometimes good stuff pop up from other countries besides JP + KO, so I just want to deselect China so I don't get murim spammed. There's some good ones from the UK and Philippines that I'm reading, and iirc there was some French one that was good..? But as mentioned I don't wanna get China spammed. They've been going nuts on the site since it went back up, same on other sites as well.

It could but webdev-wise a "Select All" button is the easiest to implement. I could put up a userscript for this but it'd be neat if the website had some way of doing it without those ridiculous URLs and manually clicking in each original language
