Riku accept her offer, so it's a win for her. She still have the chance to approach him.

Well, the fact that he accept it also means deep down he still want to be with them. That, and Riku doesn't need to break out the bad news to Takuto like "I need to stay away because I think your girlfriend likes me"

Saw chapter 7 (raw), and really waiting for how the author will make use of that new girl in the plot. It's one of those criss-crossing type.

Many people diss writing in manga as being bad just because characters act a certain way they don't want them to.
Glad to see there are people like you that can actually see past the surface and at least try to understand why the characters would act a certain way.

Let's be fair, though, Riku is definitely the bottom in all pairings here.
