it kinda is, but since it's clear from the get go, there are no subversion of expectations here
this is a drama about love triangles and it does what it came to do, doesn't shy away
it's different from a work that suddenly introduces these kinds of topics just to stir up the readers in a cheap way; or because the mangaka has no idea how to advance the plot, so he shoves a love triangle out of nowhere

here it's the whole premise, they have a deep, tangled, fucked up relationship between every body
