I vouch for these mc with fevers. I Don't get sick but once a year i get a fever and i become one of them victorian childs. literally can't move properly ffs

Raising your fever isn't actually that bad as long as it doesn't go too high. However, it's not going to do you any favours either. The body's good enough as it is to regulate its temperature, so it's best not to mess with that. It's a symptom, or rather defence, that's helpful against the sickness, even if it can do a number on how well you feel.

Around here, when guys catch a cold and get super weak, we call it a man's cold. It's basically like what MC has, but with shivers added in.
