'Bout that,it would depend on which trait is dominant,the wolf ears or human ears.
Considering that,two for two now,that having one of each ear has happened,we can say that the dominant trait is either ear,so if Ruis' parents had four children total or Shizuru and her husband had four children total,there's a large-ish chance(not counting other factors)for one of the kids to have either both wolf ears or both human ears.
If we track the two aspects as being two seperate traits,each with a dominant and recessive version,then we'd have a larger chart.
There's also the aspect of the wolf people being a hybrid to begin with,one with recessive human traits,making the above chart a tad bit different,since it's not a 50/50 split for both parents.
