i know you can technically eat raw yolks in japan but i feel like the heat from the rice wouldn't be hot enough to cook the whites versus just getting the yolk versus like boiling an egg in ramen

I hear spicy food is good for stress relieve but i prolly wouldn't do any of those 'extreme' challenges ahaha (even if it doesn't necessarily work at the very least you'd be distracted from whatever problem ur currently thinking about)

Thank you for your work! This manga hits all the right spots for me, right down to the children's dietitian parts.
I used to do part time work making snacks for an after-school program. It's a pretty interesting job. Kids will eat apple slices but not whole apples, what tastes good hot or cold, making sure the allergy alternatives are similar to everyone else's food so no one feels left out... Especially that last one, even when I try making allergy alternatives to the snacks I made, they'd just end up uneaten haha.

My take on this is that kids will always have certain tastes that just suit them, apart from sweet things in general they all have their own individual preferences (if we're not taking allergies into account). I just hope that the newer generations in particular don't grow up disliking broccoli as if it were the armageddon of yucky veggies. I thought of the same myself before, but when I started using it in my cooking I began to appreciate it more.

True true, people just have preferences. The environment they're raised in/people they're eating with probably makes a difference too. I had one school that always came back with empty containers, but another school that hardly touched their stuff. I have a feeling that kids with allergies would've been extra cautious if they didn't know who exactly was making it, too. It's interesting.

I also hope newer generations get into veggies too. I admit that cartoons and media pushing the "veggies are icky" probably got me when I was young.
