Was wondering what the status of the manga was. Volume 2 seems to be coming out on 15/07/2025 (https://www.kadokawa.co.jp/product/322501000891/)! And a bundle of short stories by the same author, so hopefully the series will get more love.

Thought I'd reply to this as follows:

• I don't read manga in anthologies so it will always be volumes that I translate, so I'm afraid updates will be on a yearly basis for Akuma Nisei based on its current release schedule (and also assuming it doesn't get an official English release which I really really hope it does!). Scanlation fits around my job and my other interests so that's not even a guarantee.
• I bought Ningyo no Meuniere as well. It's a great little collection with a variety of tones of story in it. I won't be looking at it for scanlation until after I'm done with Akuma Nisei volume 2 at the earliest.

Chapters are published every other month in Harta. However, I don't read manga in magazines, I only buy the collected volumes, so I'm afraid you'll be waiting the best part of a year before I do any more - if someone else decides to do chapters as they come out they're more than welcome to take over.
