Were the chapters released like this, cut in half?

Or are you cutting them up and publishing half a chapter at a time?

It's just because they're cutting all of the annoying training scenes down to the bare minimum and getting straight to the fun parts.

Although a good writer can make the training montages fun as well by having a cheerfully homicidal training instructor.
what training, what fun parts? Saintess is introduced, then 3 pages later they are already shown defeated in a forest, and in these 3 pages they talked with some knight captain who appeared in the story out of nowhere, agreed to go on an adventure, called saintess stupid, talked about saintess looking for a hero at the banquet, and also travelled all the way there with the marques daughter referencing their defeat ("I slipped up"). And then it's immediately back to MC.
It's a mess, not 'skipping boring parts'

thanks for the translation. very unusual art- and clothing style, but seems interesting, albeit clichéd.

Idk I feel like I like this but I’m having trouble keeping up. The pacing just feels weird. Anyone else?
Same. One moment they're having a party and then next in the middle of a battle with no setup, the monster immediately leaving without explanation and suddenly the others are already on their feet and evacuating? Even the bandits from the previous chapter didn't last more than ten pages. They rushing or something? In the beginning? It feels like a watered down version of a novel. Does this one have it?

Seems like Ixs isn't the only character facing unreasonable difficulties if there's a frustating monster specifically targeting the saint.

So yotun is clearly jötunn, as in a Norse giant, but what the heck is "foglooneel"?

Edit:

So far, the closest I can come up with name-wise is Hrungnir, one of the Norse giants. Appearance-wise, it doesn't make sense unless the author took a random giant name and slapped it on a creature of their own design (entirely possible).

For the appearance, the Eikþyrnir is a good match, but there isn't any connection in the name except the -nir ending.

Thematically, I can see it as Hófvarpnir, which is supposed to be a horse, but specifically Hel's horse, and "Ruler of the Skewered Frost Corpses" kind of makes sense for a creature that lives in Niflheim. I can see the beginning and ending of the name kind of matching, but not the middle.

Okay, this series has some absolutely banger monster designs like??? And naming like Ruler of the Skewered Frost Corpses??? What in the world, how based.

It’s funny because the character designs are alright, but then MC’s fire giant mantle and the new Saint Eater just ate jaw-dropping.

Goated mangaka, looks amazing.

Thanks for the translation!!
