Yes, he's still going to ally with the hero with a lot less power, but he'll still scrounge up supporters to go after his sister to make a play for the crown he now believes was stolen from him. He's going to be a problem, still.

Well he grew up with all the authority, heck he doesn't even know the political map of his own kingdom as a fucking crown prince. He will keep thinking until he dies that he entitled to all of that, and of course he will cause trouble down the road
