The thing is... His Definition of Evil is "Actively Getting what he wants".

Especially He was NTR'd at the end of his first life. Thus he used Charisma instead of just Power, which he is massively disadvantage due to him not able to use magic.

So it turned out, he just charms a lot of people to get what he wants and since he got what he wanted anyway, using minimal resource, thats where his evil "ends".

Its funny because this is the literal same way thinking of Ira Takuto of Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra.
