Yeah, I feel the same way. Though I don't think the publishers like to disclose which adaptation they will make from their IP will just be a promo or if they plan to make it into its own sub-franchise. I also think they sometimes change their decisions midway depending on the standing of the source material (like what happens a lot of times i.e. getting axed). Well, nothing we can do now, investing our time in a manga adaptation is really like pulling gachas, you never know which will truly become a SSSR pull.

I can’t remember the manga it was from, but it was a Villainess wrecking the Heroine’s “oh, the Crown Prince is so alone” with:
“And royalty is amply recompensed for their life of responsibility and duty with luxury and education to match. I agree. If he feels his younger brothers are so much better than him, he can abdicate to one of them and become a duke or something, he would after all still be a royal.
