I take it to be a hit on the tradition versus goals/original purpose that seems to be the main problem for the prince and all his relationships. There's no practical reason why the new capital has to be tied to his ascension to the throne or any specific time frame other than what is needed to do the job right. He's expected to do it that way because of tradition but, even though the tradition probably had the same goal as him of allowing an expansion of new industry and nobility, it's now an arbitrary rule that's getting in the way. Similarly to how the restriction on magic just hinders the younger prince's development and safety, or how the concubine rule is putting a strain on his relationship with the one girl he actually likes while he gets surrounded by girls he really shouldn't trust.
well, that's the theme I see with the prince. The 6 years is supposed to match him becoming an adult and next king but to point seems to just be that it's an arbitrary restriction setup a long time ago that keeps him from doing what he needs to or benefits those around him.

i dont want to spend too much money on phone too since i dont depend on it too much. In fact my phone screen is broken rn but still usable so i dont even think about changing to a new one till it's completely broken

Update: I got fever again and got 41⁰ body temp earlier, imma need to rest for a few days, I'm not feeling well this passed 4 days but choose to ignore it and still push myself to translate and work. Sorry for the inconveniences I'll do my best to get well soon
