The more I read into this, the more I think the real protagonist is the sister, or at least she's author's self-wish fulfillment projector of repressed desire of wanting to be pampered by an oniichan character.

This being the case then rule out any kind of yuri ending as what some people want/dontwant, but even worse (or better depending who you are) it's very likely the male fake protagonist big bro will end up single forever staying unmarried without any relationship past or present or ever.
