OP, I've been there and it fucking sucks and drains you like nothing else. Everyone else has said as much as they can about potential services out there so I'll stick with telling you not to isolate yourself. There are people that love and cherish you in your life even if you feel like they don't, or that you don't deserve it, or that you don't know how to face them (felt them all, lol). Don't let yourself pull away though, you'll be stuck in a negative feedback loop with yourself and people can't read your mind to help you if they don't know what's going on. It's scary and hard to put your vulnerable self out there but we're humans, we are beings that need each other. Best of luck with job hunting and life in general, hang in there, you're already doing what you can.

i do think it’s one of the better stories in the anthology (not that’s its saying much, to be honest) but it gives me the ick when a character essentially takes the role of the parent, and then that affection changes from familial to romantic later. the author would have to take measures like making her past life memories incomplete or having her reincarnated identity be the dominant one to not remind me of usagi drop. she straight up has the emotional maturity of a mother with a child at least as old the prince, and unless you’re lenient and consider the heart racing to be out of her control and not representative of her feelings (why would the author include it if so) she’s romantically interested with someone her son’s age whom she has been parenting for years. it’s really weird
