OP, I've been there and it fucking sucks and drains you like nothing else. Everyone else has said as much as they can about potential services out there so I'll stick with telling you not to isolate yourself. There are people that love and cherish you in your life even if you feel like they don't, or that you don't deserve it, or that you don't know how to face them (felt them all, lol). Don't let yourself pull away though, you'll be stuck in a negative feedback loop with yourself and people can't read your mind to help you if they don't know what's going on. It's scary and hard to put your vulnerable self out there but we're humans, we are beings that need each other. Best of luck with job hunting and life in general, hang in there, you're already doing what you can.
