I don't know if that actually increased what they would charge per chapter to read something, but it for sure taxes the free unlocks/day side of things to make you want to pay a bit more.

Maybe they are trying to mimic how webtoons publish their chapters. Many webtoons feel short, but it is hard to tell because they are basically just one page long.

same reason as in the WN, the 3 fucktards believe Yumelia will turn against them as soon as they kill the Demon Lord. So she stabs her in the back (literally) as they enter the Demon Lord's castle. Also, same as WN, the reason she completely distrusts Yumelia is because later on Yumelia forcefully throws her into a dungeon by herself to force her to level grind.

I've read 3 volumes of the Light Novel and this is not how it goes

Yeah, the heroine backstabs MC with a light sword when they're about to face the Demon Lord. Her reason is because she doesn't trust MC and thinks she would turn evil due to her dark magic powers.

The glasses magician guy and that muscular one goes along with heroine, but Edwin (prince) disagrees, he doesn't think MC would become evil (he actually apologizes for his bad behavior chapters before). So Heroine and her two man (capture target) face Demon Lord and they get easily murdered. They were so weak and never pushed themselfs to grind levels like MC.

Actually, prince, the heroine and the crew are weak. Patrick on the other hand has become the strongest person after MC, but he was fighting at the battlefield and didn't face Demon Lord.

So Yumelia fights demon lord and beats him. But before finds out that Demon Lord is a dark magician like her and had become evil after the people from the country betrayed him.

The sheer presure of the massive blob of dark magic stresses her so much that she pretty much has ptsd
Poor girl got mindbroken by the mc, so I'm happy that in the LN she survives

The retard knight and egoist mage are pretty much the same so I can see them pulling the trigger, or Alicia misidentifying the target (the same ch 17 also show Alicia couldn't tell Ryuu and Eumi apart) but as of this moment in the manga hearing that Alicia WILL STILL backstab Eumi makes me question what happened between here and there.
