yeah, it's mainly to show respect and cooperation with other translators (including possible effect on donations); but, that only holds where applicable (too many TLs abuse this to horde series, for the purpose of income.) If they've gone and got themselves banned here, they really have only themselves to blame, if you publish yours here instead.
