Feel like there's a ton of untapped potential for "transmigrated into an existing story" gori-macho MLs, because they make premises like, "MC is upset that their favorite character didn't get a good ending," and, "MC is the only one who likes ML even though he's super hot," seem way more plausible than usual.

Like you do see a lot of shoujo (and other genre stories) that have one gori-macho character who gets used as comic relief and portrayed as gross and generally dunked on constantly even though he's hot and super nice.
