Is this setting a magic high school or magic university? If it's technically a university equivalent then the author should be aware that they can offer acceleration programs that allow students to graduate early. In other stories usually even OP MCs are too stupid to actually deal with a faster curriculum. This MC seems fairly intelligent so she could probably graduate early which would let her dip out of a good portion of the story events. That's assuming the purpose of the school is learning and not forming connections with other nobles.

I´ve read a lot of people here saying "just be nice" and yeah sure that is enough in theory, get away from them, don´t be evil and stuff, but then i remember the story of this singer that didn´t want to fly, then allegedly she was given sleeping pills, taken (while sleeping) in to the plane, which subsequently crashed, killing the singer.

And that was just her having a bit of fear of flaying. Here she knows that all will go puff unless she does something about it... You can bet that i would stay as far away from anyone involved in the event AND have all possible countermeasures in case of whatever. That is why i actually hate when the MC goes "i´ll just be nice", like 0 survival instinct

What kind of logic is that. Even if she thinks she can't change the plot of the story she atleast seems to recognize she can control her own decisions. Then don't side with the Demon lord, problem solved. The protagonist forgave even the demon lord, as long as you don't get involved with him you're fine.
