This come out as a lot of larping by the MC...
She knows how they were behaving before the change in route and is still lying to herself that the way they are now is how they "really are"...
It comes out as very fake and someone deluding themselves into the lie.

I can't help but feel disgusted when I see the Ml and the other ML candidates. None of their feelings are real, they're being influenced by the game so are they even real people. And the fact that the villainess (A duke's daughter) can die meanwhile the commoner og FL gets a slap on the wrist is proof the game favors her and their feelings could once again change back to positive for the Og heroine
