During the conversation she just had, that she is referencing in every panel, nobody even referred to Anon; the only time they talked about him was ages ago, and he was plainly name-calling.
Now, they are literally talking about blood relations, and talking about the conversation they just had with Elio "nii-san," and she says: "he called Anon [Not blood-related] a bastard."

So who is "he," and when did the label of bastard occur?

There's no air to read, and this is plainly an important plot point!
