What even made her mad? The sight of a fellow ogre loss? But if shes like an outcast who cares for humans why is another's loss got her so worked up?
Or maybe not "loss" per say but edged victory, either way shes beaten and bruised and that's the point

Ok she must lose her power slowly after she's had her drink hense her being no match by time we get there, then the alcohol concoction restores power beyond what's yet shown meaning just consuming any amount puts her at full power the amount mere attributes to how long or it was a really strong concoction that's made her really strong as well
