It's always characters like Tork that shines the brightest when you give them a chance
People with potential whose character was on the verge of spoiling irreversibly, pulled back by the protagonist and, as you said, given a chance to grow towards their potential instead.

What I mean is this: imagine Tork, years in the future, if he hadn't met Almark. He would have continued acting like a piece of shit, gotten worse, and solidified that personality. A bully, and then later a random insignificant asshole nobleman.

Man, I really hate that Japanese self-blame culture. It's your fault that monsters exist because you didn't report it? No dude, it's the monster's fault, now stop being stupid and stay safe.

Man Wallace is being sus af. He shd have encouraged Mouzan or find an alternative way forward but instead he's holding him back under the guise of goodwill. And I'm not sure if he'll be helping them. Hopefully Almark wipes the floor w the hairylads asap so he can spank Wallace.
