im seeing people freely easily post picture even short video while im strugling use link or whatever IMG code is that

You can't directly upload an image or video from your phone's storage. As previously stated, you can upload them to any online image service first, then use the URL after that

@xxhh5 as stated by @Esor you can't directly upload images to the forum. You have to upload them to a 3rd party service and get an image link and use that in your posts
