One of the first wear points for wired or plastic-boned bras is where the end of the wire is seated into the fabric. Even if you take great care of a wired bra, that's eventually going to poke the wearer. Depending on how you finished the carbon fiber, that could make it worse than, say, a nylon or polyester bone in terms of irritating the skin.
Also, some folks are allergic to certain resin formulations, so having the resin that you inevitably coat the woven fiber in would have to be fairly hypoallergenic and non-toxic.
I'm certain that since Ms. Pigtail's custom bra is a no-expenses spared ,one-off masterwork, everything is in order, but that would NOT be easy to mass produce at all. Or even possible to mass produce.
Also, artist is CONTINUING to deliver the amazingly hot Yumika poses for the chapter titles!
