Nah she probably didn't tell anyone else.
The conversation with the other girl at the start of the chapter makes me think this girl is similar to her: someone who is too straighforward and doesnt care/doesn't understand another person feelings and who others can perceive as very rude or even malice.

the question for me is will this person now continue doing this series? if so, great. If it's just some weird snipe to dunk on MTL then that's pretty pointless.
Sure MTL is no one's first choice but it's better than no TL at all.
You could also argue that they could do one of the many many series that are in limbo because the TL got dropped instead of sniping this which just got picked up again. just makes it seem more petty than anything
