Amazon.com (and potentially other Amazon countries) links + better organization needed

I think it would make sense to have Amazon.com as part of the links section.

Moreover the links should be organized. They're a mess. They should be grouped by what they represent (information, source, Amazon, etc)

Yes, better i18n support would be nice. The same thing could be said for Bookwalker: it'd be nice to be able to link to both the Japanese page and the English (global) page.

I think this is planned.
